easy.
Using this specially designed site you can display your holiday home complete with colour photographs to thousands of potential holidaymakers.
There are just a few easy steps to follow to advertise your property for a whole 12 months and you can change or renew your advert by simply revisiting the site.

Setting up your account is a quick and simple process. Go to the Registration form and enter the name of the person and email address to whom all enquiries will be sent. Then enter a password (please keep a note of this) and click "Update".
The next screen asks you to complete your full contact details (these will not be shared with anyone else and will not be visible to site visitors). If you wish to receive enquiries by SMS text you must enter your mobile phone number including the countrycode but with no spaces.
Re-enter your chosen password and click "Update"

The next screen is the Member homepage from which you are able to control your advertisement and view the number of page views and enquiries you have received.
Initially this page will be empty so click "New advert"

Complete the property form with all the details of your property.
Name of Property:
This should be the name by which you know the property.
Advertisement headline:
The
advertisement headline should be short but descriptive
- preferably using no more than 80 characters.
Summary of property:
Enter information in a list form e.g. 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms,
air-conditioning; sea view; pool.
This gives your visitors a brief summary of the features you have
on offer.
Description of property:
This is where you can go into detail about your holiday home.
We find the best way to do this is to give an introductory
sentence describing the location then move logically through
the rooms describing the style of your furnishings and
the features available.

We suggest that you select your photographs so that they follow the description of your property. It is normal to have the first image as an outside shot of your property - this will be the photograph that appears in the summary and is the first one seen by prospective holiday makers.
Click the "Add another image" button and enter the location of your first photo or click "Browse" to find it.
Then click "Upload image" - our system will automatically re-size your image so you don't need to worry about down-sizing before submitting.
However, for best quality please don't submit images under 300 x 200 pixels.
Enter a caption for your photograph - this will appear when visitors pass their mouse over the photographs.
Finally, click "OK" and then go through the process again for every image - remember you can upload upto 6 images.

The "Property features" page is where you enter all the main items included in the rental of your holiday home. Simply click the relevant boxes but remember you must only click the boxes that apply to you as these will be the features that your clients will expect to be able to use during their holiday.

Here you can enter the prices you want to achieve in your own date bands - remember to include the currency symbol and the rental period e.g. per week, per night etc.
If you want you can also enter notes that relate to your prices e.g. Rental includes basic hire car or Rental rates include linen and towels.

Another feature of this site is the easy to use Availability calendar. Simply select the dates that your property is not available, change the status to "Not available" and click "OK".
You can even enter the details of each booking in the "Notes" box. These will be displayed only when you are logged into the "Member homepage" and you view the charts - when you pass your mouse over specific dates the message pops up.
We can supply you the link so that the calendar can be viewed from your own website - just drop us an email when you have made your purchase.

You need to enter your credit or debit card details into our secure online facility.
All transactions are encrypted to a high level and have comprehensive authentication systems in place.
Your advert is then turned live within 24 working hours

A standard subscription is valid for 12 months and includes one property plus the following features:

- 6 colour photographs
- Plenty of text space to describe your property
- A section for you to provide information about the local area

Additional properties can be added at a very competitive rate.

SMS text bundles can be added to your subscription to ensure that you can react quickly to customer enquiries.

You can make changes to your advertisement easily and whenever it suits you. Your subscription allows you to make changes to all aspects of your advertisement from the password protected owners area.
